Meet your trainer and speaker

As a corporate leader, I have led my organisation through mergers, restructuring and organisational change. I led the global talent strategy. Worked with the most senior leaders across my organisation worldwide.

Through all of this, I learned that training alone doesn’t create lasting change. Leaders need personalised guidance. They need a trusted partner who understands the pressure they’re under—someone they can safely reflect with about the challenges they can’t discuss with their teams. They need mentoring from someone who has been in their shoes and worked with leaders facing similar struggles.

As a coach and trainer, I have supported hundreds of leaders to step back so they can step up with greater influence. They learned to read the room better. To build coalitions for change and drive results through and with others.
