My structured, scalable approach combines executive coaching, leadership mentoring and team coaching. So you can develop leadership at every level in your organisation.

For individuals and small teams, I offer a combination of one-to-one coaching and mentorship to strengthen leadership confidence, adaptability, and strategic thinking.

The content and format of your leadership program depends on your needs. My approach, however, follows three steps for proven impact:

→ Step 1: Gain clarity

To see clearly, we need to step back. We start by gathering comprehensive data to see the full picture. From the foundational intake and one-to-one development interviews. To the best-suited assessments depending on the group needs. If your organisation already uses Insights Discovery, we build on the existing foundation to take the application and learning to a much deeper level.

Based on fresh insights, we identify what works. What your existing programs already offer to your leaders. And where you still need support. You co-create the development roadmap with me. With clear, actionable goals, specific to each individual.

→ Step 2: Boost growth

Your (emerging) leaders get the mix of group coaching, mentoring and structured development they need. So they grow to lead with confidence and impact.

Your co-created roadmap guides the themes of the—typically monthly—group coaching sessions. Each session focuses on target skills for your emerging leaders. And is complemented with a digital platform for real-time tracking and accountability nudges.

Regular one-to-one coaching helps adapt and integrate the learnings based on individual needs. Your participating leaders get the individual mentoring to experiment with various approaches and develop their leadership identity over time. And receive targeted resources to accelerate their development and close skill gaps.

→ Step 3: Make it last

Your organisation isn’t static. Neither is this leadership development program. A pulse survey helps evaluate the program experience and adapt as needed. So your participants get the best results.
