I use the world-leading assessment tool, The Leadership Versatility Index (LVI360). It’s grounded in over a century of psychology and management research. The developmental model defines specific behaviors that can be observed. And, most importantly, behaviors that can be learned and adjusted.
Like a 360 tool. Unlike any 360 you’ve done before.
Unlike traditional 360 tools that assume “more is better,” LVI uses a patented “Too Little/Too Much” scale. So you understand what key behaviors you are under- or overusing. You get a clear perspective—>not just on your weaknesses, but also on the strengths that have become counterproductive through overuse.
Of course, different people you work with may perceive the “right amount” of a behavior differently. Your boss wants something different from your peers of your team.

Before we dive into the data, we explore what you truly need. You tell me about your personal situation and your organisational context. You share your career aspirations and your objectives. Your motivations. Together, we set the goalpost. So you know what success looks like before we even get started.

We gather insights from you, your peers, managers, stakeholders and team. We complement their input with your own reflections. This is a confidential process—the resulting report is all yours and only yours.

You don’t just get a report full of data to later chuck in a drawer. In our two-hour session, we go through the findings of the LVI360 assessment. We connect the dots. We translate insight into clarity. So your report becomes an instrument to shape your future.
